I bought a car from Bay City Holden, i had the best experience and service i have ever had.
All of the team were great, funny and very helpful, they saw my car wasn't safe enough to drive and gave me for 3 days the Holden Cruze before i even bought the car. They also didn't push me to buy, just excellent and A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO IAN who made sure everything worked out perfectly fine.

I purchased a Holden Cruze from Bay City Holden around a year and a half ago and found that the customer service and overall dealership presentation was impeccable. However, like 'smcmag', I found that once my wife and I agreed to the sale and were taken to meet the finance person, they were rude and disinterested. Not only did they make us wait untill they were finished doing something presumably "very important" on the computer, they were outright rude in their dealings with us. Aside from this, our dealings with sales and service staff has been very positive.
