Have been getting treatment for variose ailments here for years,always found receptionist curteouse,often very bussy,so have to wait a while,pays to pick your times,I needed Anti-viral medication for COVID19,could,nt go in,so they sent scipt to local chemist to be picked up.A big thankyou,from IvoMac

Worst services charge high amount of money even doctor not give enough time very rude.
No manners no service

Waited 2hours for a gp visit to get a cure for flu. They don't take appointments. I went there at 1:15pm and was told the doc would take 1hour to tend to me. I went there again at 2:15, it's 3:15 now and I haven't heard back yet. 2hours for a stupid gp visit, I would have recovered if I'd spent that time resting at home. Never going there again

My family and I go there quite often as there are hardly any good medical centres and most of them are not open on weekend in Rockdale. So for busy parents like us this place is very convenient (open seven days, and also during public holidays). There is one female doctor I always avoid as she is quite arrogant and there are few not-so-professional ones, but there are some nice ones too - the female Muslim doctor is always fully booked, and Dr Ganesan is pretty nice too. The nurse there is the best one among all the people who work there. She is very professional. The receptionist there is just OK even though sometimes you find them making personal calls while they work and almost ignore the patients, but they can be very caring as well. People seems to have very negative opinions about Dr Basta but he is not too bad to me- although he can be very careless about hygines. Overall this place is not the best but OK.

Agreed with the reviewer below if i can give zero stars i would! I quit this place because the receptionists are extremely rude. One of them in particular hasn't been one visit where this staff remained professional. I don't even understand how this person has kept the job for years considering the bad Attitude!

There is also on GP there who acts like they are working in a supermarket. The consults are very rushed, abrupt, and almost RUDE. With such bad GPs and terrible customer service via the receptionists it is a wonder why or how their business is still running!
