Within three years of usage, one of the neck supports ended up with holes in it!
We had never ever seen anything like that!
Apparently it was caused by contact with the skin! Bay Leather told us it is "Wear and Tear" - even so the rest of the lounge (including another neck support) shows no damage at all.
None of the cushions one sits on (in shorts or a skirt there would also be contact human skin with leather)shows any damage at all!
