I went in for a facial yesterday very clear that I had an event on Sat and did not want my skin to peel. I was assured many times it would be ok. That they would make my skin 'Glow' and be 'Bright". Then when she put lactic acid on my skin and it burned at an 8 out of 10 instantly I told her that exact thing and she said its fine. I asked are you SURE it wont peel. She assured me it would not. Looking back its my fault as I should have been stronger to say to take it off. My skin had just been under a steamer for at least 20 mins and she put lactic acid on it and it stung - of course my skin was going to burn. Its astounding that she did it. Not only are the staff poorly trained, but clearly care little. When I went in today to complain that my skin has be burned and is ruined for my event. The first repose was 'and.........?' and ended in 'Im not sure what you want me to say...." no offer of refund, no sincere apology, offer to help, compensation, gift card ANYTHING for ruining ...read more
Whilst the beautician was ok. The salon was awful. Noisy, really bright, anything but relaxing. I could hear every word of the conversation next door. Overall, would not recommend.
I agree. I have been to a lot of beauty places in my time. This one was the worst I have been to. The rooms were tiny, bright white so not relaxing and noisy. To top it off the beauty therapist had awful breath. I shouldn't have paid for the half hour facial. I would not recommend this place at all!
