Cannot comment on the service as I have tried three times to speak to someone here and apparently they really really don't want me to come to Bayford Coburg!
I called Ford Yesterday who were transferring me to Bayford Coburg but then (accidently) hung up on me. That's cool, I am capable of calling numbers myself so no big deal.

On 29 March 2015 I took delivery of my first ever brand new 2014 XR6FG 6 speed auto sedan. Within the first sixty seconds of driving the car I knew I had purchased a faulty car. The radio did not work the car had a terrible smell and did not drive well at all, had no power whatsoever. Since then the car has been in for repairs a total of 15 days and counting. I have been given the run around and have spent the last 3.5 days without a car. I have absolutely no confidence in this car and despise it. My first brand new car has caused me nothing but misery. Bayford Coburg sold me a reject and will not take responsibility
DO NOT deal with these guys!! I was sold a Faulty car 11months ago and they just WILL NOT help me in anyway. They are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I couldn't be more upset or hurt with the purchase of my BRAND NEW CAR.
I too bought a faulty brand new car from bayford Coburg I have had nothing but problems since the day I picked it up and bayford Coburg whilst acknowledging the issues are doing absolutely nothing
The dealership provides a good service program and provides a car for you whilst yours is being serviced. I have had small problems that were not entirely fixed, however I was able to book the car in immediately to rectify the problem. Overall the level of service is good and I am happy to continue taking my KIA there.
