I would just like to say the service at bayford epping is fantastic. Dealing with daniel Power and also Trent in used cars i couldnt be more happier. After having a terrible accident i had to look for a new car and was really still shaken up . With the help and support that i received i would recommend ford epping to anyone . I have recently purchased a new xr6 turbo ute, this is my first ever brand new vehicle. It was not even my intention on purchasing a vehicle that particular day as I am a holden/chev man, but after meeting with Sally Anne I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and excellent customer service. Have been taking my Mazda to this Bayford Epping for two years now. Impressive facility combined with good customer service. The service requirement is explained to me each time prior to servicing and also a full prognosis is given at the end. Would recommend this facility to anyone with or without a Ford.
Not impressed........when I purchased my 09 Passat, I was sold additional cover ($695.00 Platinum). Cover is only 2.5 years old, supposedly 4 years cover! They've simply declined my claim for replacement Throttle Body.
