iam absolutely stunned lets say gobsmacked with the service from jared from spare parts he went out of his way to help me regardless if i was a previous customer or not as a matter of fact the parts where quickly orderd and i was very happy whith the proffesionallism ill be coming back and very highly recomended i love my car and i love paassionate people and thats whats i found at bayford volkswagon love them

Unlike the people below, I have only had very good experience with the Service Department at this dealership. They have always attempted to fix rattles and any issues I have had with my VW cars (now my 3rd) even when the first two were bought from another dealership. Whilst under warranty, they haven't requested payment when fixes rattles or other issues, even when the car was not brought in for a service.

Based on my experience, I can only recommend their Service Department.
