Bayford Volkswagen Camberwell

Have previously had good experiences however after the last visit I won’t be returning. After getting my car back after its service, there was a fluorescent pink substance staining my leather passenger seat that resembled what garages use to mark engine parts (my father restores cars as a hobby so I'm not clueless) however when I went back, not pointing fingers, just asking what it was so I could treat the stain accordingly, they pointed the finger. They tried to convince me it was nail polish or lipstick however I don't wear either.

Disappointing service from franco there. Rude and arrogant. We went and found the exact same car somewhere else and bought it that day.
