Totally rip off!!! Had an issue with my car, first time charged me $800+ to repair, but did not fix it properly. The car still playing up over one and half years, went back there second time replaced the same part for free as the repair still under 2-year warranty. After 2 months same problem, went back third time they claim its the problem with other parts, wants $1200 for it. Asked to repair under good will as the car wasn't fixed at the first place, said no. Did not address where the issue is, only thing they can do properly is to rip you off. Stay away from them.
I have got a 2010 Tiguan which gave me a lot of problems last year and cost me a fair bit to fix. I had bought the car from Volskwagen Essendon Fields, and had a lot of issues with him last year regarding the problems with my turbo. After 4 months, during which I had no car, having had to rent a car etc. I finally got my car fixed. I will not go into the details of their lack of compassion and service. This week, I found out that I had a problem with a hose that is near the turbo, hence,either Essendon Fields did not pick it up or they caused the issue when they fixed the turbo. Unfortunately, I can not prove this. Now, all I want to do is HIGHLY RECOMMEND VOLKSWAGEN BAYFORD IN EPPING. I took my car to them yesterday, best service EVER!!!! Paul who looked after me was amazing and gave me hope again that there are still some very honest workers out there!!!
Please stay away from this dealership they are the worst of the worst very unprofessional and the manager is really rude to the customers and please don't be fooled by the first impression when they say what would you like to drink and the fansy coffee machine.i would never be going there again or recommend it to anyone ????
