Reception staff were lazy, and unhelpful. If you need to know certain details or the qualifications of the doctors, good luck trying to get the information. It was like pulling teeth. Much of a shame, for the doctors may actually be quite good, but how would you know unless you spoke to each one individually which they recommended. Poor CS
