Really disappointed with this company. Sales person makes promises that they don't deliver on. We had to check their work and get them to come back and fix what they had promised. Inferior work - evaporative vent holes in the ceiling were put in the incorrect position in 2 rooms despite giving them a detailed plan. We had a heating duct under the floor not connected - was pumping out hot air not connected to a vent! Came and fixed it after a number of emails. Don't seem to care once they have your money and try and back pedal on price and promises made.

I needed some parts for an install as a competitor to them and their service was exceptional and very helpful. I was very appreciative of their service and attention to detail. Highly recomended regards Tommy

No problems at all, called on Monday and spoke to super friendly customer service staff, technician Steven came on Tuesday and replaced faulty magiqtouch controller

I has evaporated air con installed by another company and it didn't work. These guys at bayside came over and fixed it on a hot day. Daniel was great. Problem was the installers didn't do it right in the setup. But you have to hassle bayside as they give you a time between 9am and 4pm which is of no use to busy people. If they fix that they be very good.

I can only agree with most of the previous reviews. Came 3 times before the problem on the evaporative cooling was fixed . They replaced the most expensive parts first and at the end it was just a $60.00 item Spend over $1000.00 all up.After complaining by email, no contact anymore. The repairs are just guesswork.

just to give an update: I contacted the operations manager and was eventually told to send in one of my invoices for a refund. I was told that it could take while because it had to go through Adelaide. 4 weeks later ,nothing happened and I emailed to see what was going on; No reply at all. Send another email now and hope they would at least respond. Will keep you posted re the outcome.
