Never use this company. They failed to show up to our house. Arranged them two weeks before hand to be there at 9am and phoned them every hourafterwards to be told they are only 40 minutes away. At 5pm they told us they were not going to move us. We phoned another removalist that afternoon and they did a brilliant job. Whilst it cost us $200 more it was worth it.
The Bayside Removals workers told us when we followed up at 5 that the management made them work 16 hours the previous day and that they only received 4hrs break before starting again that day. The worker said they would put us through to the management and would not talk to us.
We never argued, swore or made threats as we understood that things happen in business. However the management runs the business on low pricing because they cannot supply a quality service.
Best of luck if you use these guys..
DO NOT use this company. Half a star for answering the phone to book the removalist job. Zero stars for not even turning up on the day of moving. I cannot believe this happened. Our day was scheduled down to meet other delivery people at the new place. This threw our whole day out and left us in a extremely inconvenient situation.

Worst removals ever is what some one else said, exactly right, the broken goods, damaged and poorly packed items led to a large amount of damage. Not to mention the potatoes, onions and dozen eggs packed in with a box of brand new clothes.( Have pictures to prove as I could not believe) Electrical equipment IE 54 inch TV and other goods gone missing, when I called the staff to get their insurance details all I got like other customers is 10 Min's of rude attitude.
Still unpacking and still finding more surprises.
why has this company got so many issues?
I had half a truck load moved but then they weren't able deliver on time so I had to sleep on a tiled floor for 3 nights, when the items were delivered they couldn't give me a copy of the invoice, when we finished unpacking we found that our most expensive items were all broken (irreplaceable heirlooms every item in the box, not sure if it related to the fact that we had a written quote), I asked the invoice to be faxed through which hasnt happened and now they dont respond to left phone messages and then when I got through I was told to ring back rather than a message being taken!
In hindsight it would've been easier to throw everything at the tip and bring the valuables down on the back seat of the car..
