Bayside Sheds

Do not get caught out. Our project is now 12 months on , we are over $11000 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. We were told council approval was confirmed only to find out now it isn't and a heap of changes need to be made to original agreed plans. We thought supporting a local business was the right thing to and have been bitterly let down. Not sure what to do now but please don't get caught yourselves

Obviously it is hit and miss with this company. I have four poles standing in my driveway after over 12 months of back and forth contact with Rebecca and Rowan Brewster (owners of the company), and that's only when they fiorget to block your number. Now I'm $4,000 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. How can a company be allowed to continue to profit from deception and swindling honest customers. QBCC was unable to help, so QCAT is out next option, but as they also owe copious amounts of money to their sub-contractors and have closed ther Facebook and Instagram accounts, my money is looking like it's long gone. DO NOY BUY FROM BAYSIDE SHEDS!

We had bayside sheds understake work at my house from September 2016. After making a mess of the job we have not seen them since and now 10K spent and a mess to clean up. I would not recommned this company or the directors as we are now taking them to the QBCC.

I’ll be straight up and say that we only saw the bad reviews on here when our custom carport was at the halfway stage. So I did some more research then asked Rowan directly. He was honest and upfront and we were reassured that he has taken steps and implemented systems to resolve the issues they have experienced.

Our own business is related to construction so my husband knows his way around the industry and expects high standards of installation. Our carport was completed yesterday, well within the promised time frame and met the expectations of my meticulous husband.

We much prefer to use local businesses when possible, and would have no hesitation in recommending the service and product we have received from Bayside Sheds. I would encourage you to approach Rowan directly if you have any queries – it’s our belief that he’s a genuine person, not perfect, just human like the rest of us.

What a nightmare. We are also lodging a compliant with QBCC. This company is a joke very unprofessional. 5 months we have waited for them to do the shed. They will tell you they are on site however I'm on site and there is no body from bayside sheds here. The cutting of martials looks like my 2 year old did it. Shed leaks and shed leaks and fills up with water when it rains. There is a large gap at the front of the shed. Save your self time and Hassel use a different company.
