Bayside Shopping Centre

Hi everybody: This Bayside Centre does not deserve even 1 Star: the parking area is filthy! and so are the stairs from the parking to the upper floors. They have not been cleaned in a long long timeas the dirt, oil marking etc are very well established. They charge very high rents (greed de luxe) and, also one has pay for the parking: not a big deal but, then, pls wash the place as it looks disgusting!

Shopping centre over charges for parking to a ridiculous point. One of the only shopping centres in the state that charges for parking, let alone $13 for any shopping over 4-5 hours. They don’t even have security footage in their parking either, so you’re paying them ridiculous amounts of money and with no regards or care if something happens to your car, i.e broken into or damaged. They ALSO do not look after their staff, who have to pay almost $1,000 a year to park within the shopping centre, where AGAIN there is no security measures taken to ensure staff that their car is safely parked. They never escort staff to their car after hours when it’s pitch black outside, and they never have security or guards telling off the group of kids who smoke and drink and hang out in groups of 12-15 + on the rooftop car park. The shopping center has a good variety of shops, however the need to pay for parking is a real put off! I live in Frankston but try to avoid the center unless it's Sunday when it's free. Other close by centers have free parking so will shop there when able.

Another center is also not too far away, and parking is free there too.

Agree entirely they should not charge for parking
This has been brought up to the management but, they gave me a mouth full of
nothing
If Southbank does not charge as many others: Dandenong Plaza what have you
and tennants pay plenty to be there and work long hours....well, have some
credit to the shoppers.
If one spends min $ 50 dollars or stays for less than 1 hour at least: parking
should be FREE
AH...YES...ONLY ON SUNDAYS
Bayside is Great ....we love it but, many of our associates refuse to pay for
Parking....food for thought
