Unbelievably bad customer service. If it's not bad enough to be involved in an accident, when you're faced with the haggling of alternate towing operators vying for your business you don't think to ask whether the remote location they're going to stow your car will be staffed. I've tried twice now to gain access to my vehicle their to get my stuff out of the boot - borrowing a car and taking time off work to do so - only to have to wait for more than an hour the first time and still waiting the second time (30 mins so far). Have called several times to be told they'll get someone here whenever they can, even though each time I've dutifully turned up in one of their designated access times (only twice a day and not on weekends). Their care factor is appalling. Moreover they charge $66 a DAY to stow your car after the first 72 hours! If you avoid them, I recommend you do not use tow company.
