Bayswater City Council

I have lived here 20 years and I have my business in Bayswater, this council is interested in $$$ revenue. You never get the right answer from the council. I gave them 2 calls and got 2 opposite answers when contacted them on my right to park on verge. 1) call:No i can't because i need to pay rent to the council to park on the business verge, 2 peoples answered me that. and 2) call: yes I can, it is free (2 people confirmed it). So we better park on street to avoid a fine. We do now. ALSO trafic is the last thing in they mind, after years of meeting and expensive research (100000'sss) on how to slow down traffic in our residential street (used as a short cut), we have now what they call a great improvement: 8 bumps, 16 signs to slow down, more lights (to read the signs), trees in middle of narrow st and yes double buses have been allowed to using it..... nothing more to say....
