Just a short note to thank you and your team in repairing my treadmill motor. I found your business approach to me was exceptional and highly professional.
Given that my job was relatively small scale and it was a generic motor with no easily sourced parts it would have been easy to dismiss. However, your team looked for possible solutions, I was provided with a frank and true report with a quote in a timely fashion.
While my motor was being repaired your office staff phoned me regularly to provide me with an update. The serviceman arrived on time and was very efficient in doing an initial evaluation and once the repair was completed in restating the machine to full operation.
