Avoid at all costs. Under no circumstances buy a gift voucher from them. I tried to redeem one using different services than those on the $140 voucher (I was unable to have a facial due to recent surgery) and the very rude staff at reception could not have been more nasty about it. In the end, the poor quality pedicure (go to Shine Nails in Floreat for a far better pedicure) plus a couple of other services came to $88. He took my voucher and would not issue a balance voucher.

I went in for a leg wax and they ripped the wax off holding the strip too far way from my skin.



While the staff were nice enough, if they can't even wax properly I wouldn't let them near me for a facial! I would not go there again. So much for my

sexy summer legs...

i bought 2 scoopons for IPL ($1100 worth). i was never quoted a price and the prices for each area were listed on the scoopon. when i found out after my 3rd session i had used all my vouchers and would have to pay i questioned it and showed the management the website but they would not honour the price listed on the scoopon



i can understand it may have been a miscommunication on both our parts (i didnt question the price, they didnt quote me any different) but they were so rude and argumentative even if they did honour it i wouldn't want to go back there



i had no problems with my IPL treatments but the management come across as unpleasant and money-hungry which did not make the experience worth it
