I've now sold with Bazzo's 3 times, bought 2 that they were selling and also used them as a property manager for 1 investment.
Top notch. Peter, particularly, and his team have impressed me with there no nonsense honesty and ethics. Each time I've achieved good, realistic prices and they've seen the deal through to the end.
Like many, I've briefly worked in the game and as such know what I'm dealing with and what to expect. My expectations have on each occasion either been met or exceeded.
I recently put one of my homes on the market to take advantage of Perths overpriced property market. I dealt with a gentleman called James Douglas. He valued my house fairly and sold it for over my asking price. At first I was not happy with Bazzos fee structure. If the house sells within 4 weeks on the market they will charge 1.8% and if it takes longer to sell they will charge a higher rate. I told James if the house does not sell in the first month I will simply refuse to accept any offers. He thanked me for my honesty and sold my property within 2 weeks. Another thing I do not like about the Bazzos and the Realestate industry is the way they use wide angle lenses for advertising photographs. This is unfair for the consumer who is being tricked that the house they are viewing is much larger. This only causes disappointment when the prospective buyer views the home in person.
All in all my experience with Bazzos was positive.
We rented a property from Bazzo for over 2 years and were disgusted at the lack of service. Constant trouble getting any response. Their interests clearly lie with property owners, not tenants-we were left feeling ripped off and insulted. We were great tenants and their lack of care and any effort on our part left us wishing we'd never signed up with them. Shocking.
