Very poor service. I bought two bikes off them (after my first one got stolen).
I found the prices and deal I got to be fairly uncompetitive - in hindsight. I always felt that I was being baited into a sale (like the cliche of a used car salesman).
When I went to get my bike serviced and fixed - I found no interaction with a mechanic - rather only with the sales staff and owner who passed it onto the mechanic.
I found them unimaginative and a lack of problem solving to help fix problems due to my platinum bike lock falling out of the lock holder.
I think their niche is mainly BMX and off road bikes and not road racing which is what I was after.
The only reason why I went to BB Cycles was because they were literally 2 minutes down the road from me.
