I felt it only proper to counter the incorrect review - in that I wouldn't go to BBAS for a steak either; but for SME accounting, they are my guys.
I've been using BBAS since the day they were founded as they took up the customer base of my previous accountant who retired. They have always been professional and quick to respond. By the questions they ask I know they are looking out for my best interests.

I am a tax accountant and the treasurer of a not-for-profit with a high volume of transactions and several small internal business units. I searched almost 20 firms over 10 months for audit services and for a separate bookkeeping function to reduce the in-house workload.
I visited their premises to enquire and was asked to email further information, which I did. The staff member replied by email 11 months ago to say they would discuss it with the management to get back to me and never did.
Needless to say, I engaged other accountant down the road instead.
Thank you for taking the time to write the review however we would like to clarify for anyone else who may read this that we (BBAS Accounting services) has not offered audit services for a number of years and all audit enquires are forwarded to an external auditor
