Be careful with these people , read any contract carefully , send to a lawyer before your sign . We leased a printer , it turned out to be not new as told verbally , old machine , very very quality .
In five years we were stuck with the machine , they increased the lease payments at will . Only serviced it once in five years . Then when we complained - told " get over it mate " , you signed the contract thats life buddy " . Not proper people . Seriously use any other people and you will be better off . We have ended up taking them to Qcat for some justice .

We have been their customer for more than 20 years. In the current situation, we have been talking with them for 5 months about how to survive including the termination of the contract, and they offered a couple of options to keep the contract. After consideration, we decided to terminate the contract at the end of the 5-year term in the next month, but they now said we need 3 months’ notice. We asked why they didn’t tell us the important information when we had time, and they said that it is clearly stated in the contract. So we have to extend the contract for 3 months unwantedly and we are still scared of what they will say next. They only remind us of their sales promotions but didn't remind the crucial information. We are not very happy to be treated like this and will not come back to them in the future. Hope someone could help us if there is a good person in this company.

I have organised a meeting with a rep but had a meeting go over time so he had to wait about 10 mins. I went to see him only to be told he wasnt waiting around and left. Then the rude woman in the office called me wanting to know why the rep had to wait as i dont usally tolerate this I told the woman not to bother as I wont deal with rude people she told me to get a life no wonder no one has anything good to say about these clowns poor company poor staff poor service there is other options people.

We implemented a document management system (electronic filing) within our business recently with BBC Digital. Not only have we noticed a reduction in operating costs but it has increased efficiency 10 fold and changed the way we share and store information. Highly recommend!

BBC Digital- Please dont be fooled. We have been so totally ripped off by this company. We have had a lease with them for a copier and when business was quiet I asked for the machine to be downgraded to an older one to help us get through the REMAINING period of the contract. Full reassurances that we would be helped through this. We made it clear that we did not want another 5 year term. We downgraded the machine and were blown away when told what we thought was a variation was actually a new contract and we were trapped again. We had been so clear. Administration staff didnt care when this was all explained to them. No help offered whatsoever just indexed the amounts up each year to their own will.
