Had lunch at BBQ City. It was reasonably busy but service was prompt and food was delivered quickly. We had the 2 assortment and chose duck and roast pork. Both were succulent with crispy skins. One person had the shredded duck soup which was delicious. The bok choy and mushrooms were yummy but the best dish (for me) was the salt and pepper eggplant. Noticed the comments about the cleanliness of the restaurant - if the level of cleanliness was low it wasn't readily apparent to me.
i usually dine here at least once a week, but was so disappointed that when ordering scallops in the shell with ginger and shallots i was given 6 containers with oil and ginger and shallots. Returning to the venue with a new cashier was informed i wasn't charged for the scallops, but u did charge me for whatever u gave me and also the extra time and effort returning the unwanted oil to the restaurant, will never b returning to this venue.
Pretty much agree with the other comments, food and prices are brilliant with a bit of a letdown in service (not unusual for half the table to get mains as other still getting entrees and the like) but really this isnt the sort of place you go to for that. I eat here a couple of times a week and have never left dissapointed.
