DO NOT USE. Was recommended by real estate agent but an absolutely awful experience. Was quoted $400 dollars over the phone for our 3 bedroom house bond clean. Arrived and quoted us additional expenses for 'condition' of property which were no more than a normal house that has been lived in for a year and a half. Also charged us an extra $120 for cleaning the downstairs, when we already told them there was a downstairs over the phone. Also quoted $10-20 per blind on phone, in person charged $25 per blind. The cost ended up being more than double to what we were quoted over the phone. They will arrive and charge you more. A complete rip off. This company should not be being recommended by agents. If you are crazy enough to use, make sure you get a quote in person first before booking them in or you will be pay more. I got unlucky because i got lousy customer service from this company.
First thing the cleaner did while inspecting the house before started cleaning was to point out to me that louvre window would cost be AUD20/each extra and I had 7 louvre windows. Right away, it was a bad start and got me in negative mood. I said no way i would pay that much. Then, the cleaner put me through the phone to the manager and the manager said it would cost me $60 total instead to clean the windows. So, immediately i saw it was a tactic for them to squeeze something from me - start very high and then go down a bit to give impression that i'm getting a good deal. We sent out emails to 8 different cleaning companies to have our apartment cleaned, after the Real Estate wanted us to complete further cleaning. John from B'Bright got back to us and he was the friendliest and clearest in his email. He tailored a quote based on our requirements, which was the same figure he charged at the end of the service.
