BBS Espresso

We were obviously there at a busy time but having our order taken was a slower process than I would have expected - but having said that once we ordered they were quick to bring our food. The food/drink was great, I was especially happy that their low-fat muffins fit with Weight Watchers (was even in the WW book), and my chai latte was simply delectable. Good choice of food/drinks too. Clean dining room with lots of seating & nice places to sit and talk. I'll be back.

Where the staff may appear friendly that is where the positives stop, range of food options is very limited and expensive, beverages are the same, staff don't know what to do when we asked to change meal. Food was cold and covered in grease and tasted very average for the price. 90% of the tables had previous patrons plates still spread across tables even though they weren't busy. Never will we return

The staff are always friendly and the coffee is great as well as being cheaper than most other coffee shops. They have great coffee deals with every 5th coffee being free. Their meals are always well presented and taste great. They are also very understanding when it comes to customers wanting alterations on meals and do anything to make it just the way you like.
