BCF guarantees lowest prices. They're NOT. Attempted to get a price match for a product I found a LOT cheaper, because I am in the BCF club. The hoops I had to jump through to do that were extra-ordinarily taxing. Eventually chatted with agent through the 'help box'. Got a voucher. But when i went to make the purchase next day the voucher had elapsed. I went back to the 'help box' and texted with an extremely un-helpful agent who was utterly intractable. In the end I received no help, no new voucher, no renewal of old voucher, no apology for the mess-up. NOTHING. Asked to speak to a supervisor... denied! NO WONDER they have a half-star rating here - they deserve it. Clearly a franchise-wide problem. Across the road from BCF is an ANACONDA store. Sorry BCF. You lost me forever. Cancel my Club subscription. - Z This is NOT a fake review.
Been into bcf hervey bay half a doozen times and every time im looking for a staff member for directions not once have i been approched and greeted one time i walked around for 10 minutes and one staff member walked straight past not even interested if your looking for just fishing gear go to fishermans corner on torquay road the staff go above and beyond and even remember your name
Discusting! I ordered online with afterpay and it didnt work, afterpay didnt know why. BCF took the whole dollar amount rather than one installment. All the money I had for my self and my 4 month old for a week and a half! Looks like its NO formula for my baby and NO food for me for 10 days because BCF wont help get those funds back! They just dont care! One email to our bank to release our funds back but nope they wont do It! All i can say is I hope they enjoy dinner!
This is just disgusting! There can be no defence for this level of uncaring incompetence.
Hopeless online ordering.. Told me item was in stock.Paid online, Went to store to pick it up and no stock. Said they would ring when it came in and haven't heard from them in 3 weeks. Emailed head office and they said that they would have it delivered to me but still haven't received it after a month.. They also couldn't be bothered to answer my emails.. Very POOR SERVICE
Wow, this sounds familiar! And the funny part is they are likely scratching their heads at head office wondering why their business is not performing as expected. My old Gran used to say, 'there are none so blind as those who will not see.' Now I get it. Pity BCF don't!
Made an order online, due to a stuff up by BCF I had to pick it up myself. Then when I unpacked boxes at home I then realised half the items were not in the boxes they left me to pick up, and a few items broke almost on first use, and were all generally very poorly made, the worst low quality items not fit for sale. I got in touch with support many times, and although though I have received automated confirmation from their system that my complaints were indeed received by them, they have not replied once in the last 3 months, and completely ignored my complaint . Do not waste your money with BCF. It's one thing to sell cheap low quality products, it's another to completely ignore customer service / complaints altogether.
Can't say that I've had a problem with product quality, generally speaking, but I feel your pain over allt the other issues mate! If it were not so frustrating and annoying dealing with them, it would almost be comical.
