4 staff standing around literally doing nothing. Only 1 checkout open. No one on shop floor to help customers or answer questions. Might go buy my fishing rod elsewhere. Have had this experience at this store too many times to ever return.

BCF has a large range of gear of the outdoor adventurer and pricing is fair. Recommend to become a club member and get invited to club nights. These nights can save you some dollars over the pricing on many items.
