Monday 3/12/2018 my husband & I received the worst customer service ever. We wondered around in a empty store of customers with the BCF catalogue wanting to purchase a Intex Challenger Inflatable Kayak Double priced $199 or and a Single @ $149. Eventually we hailed a staff member who could not locate them, using headphones inquired within, shelf was empty stating out of stock. Asked staff if there was any in other BCF stores, staff checked on computer to find 2 Doubles in Albury and discovered that they had 4 present in their storeroom but it would be too difficult to locate due to all the stock, asked if they could put one aside and we would return from Benalla Thursday to check quality and possibly purchase, denied only having 24 hour holding. Staff stated they were one of their best sellers, we decided to pay the $199 for a Double and would collect on Thursday. We were refused, but told to go online to purchase and pay for delivery.
