If there was a minus star rating this company would definitely get a minus 100 stars. What happened to my husband and I would take forever to explain sufficed to say that on the three occasions we booked this company, all three were problematic. BCT didn't want to know about any of them and indeed all they were concerned about was keeping their money because they always demand money up front so you have no recoarse. I emailed them and did receive any sort of reply. This company is a red hot mess and I would rather walk than book this company again!!!
