Fantastic service. Dave was excellent in communicating before the job through whatsapp and giving advise based on the photos sent about the job. He gave corect advise and guided me through all the things he needed to get the job done. Very professional, available outside business hours and prompt and thorough in completing the job. Would not hesitate to call on Dave for my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

Once again, it was Dave from Be Assured plumbing to the rescue today. Our hot water system died suddenly. A quick call to Dave and he was over in a flash to help resolve the problem....on his day off as well. He went above and beyond what you'd expect and came up with a cost effective solution to our problem. Good tradesmen like Dave are gold! As Dave's long time customer, I found him on true local while I was away and my apartment had a water tab leaking, the trouble started in the water tab soon turned to a Domino effect, Dave had to fix to my building's water switch then my own switch first, it took him 5 or 6 visits before finally fixing the tab. He did a great job, with lots of communications with Sydney Water and Strata while I was away! Since then Dave is the go-to person whenever I had a plumbing issue, he's professional, punctual and reasonally priced, I would strongly recommend his work to others as a honest and reliable plumber!
