The person I dealt with had no idea what he was doing. He picked the most expensive flights knowing we had a budget and went over by almost 1k. I looked at the flights on Webjet a day after he booked them (without my permission btw) and there were many other flight options for those exact dates that were waaaay cheaper.
My partner and I were seated separately on the plane, he booked the hotel and we ended up in a budget room with two singles.
We also had an argument over the phone as he refused to provide me any actual proof that he had booked our flights or hotel. He started yelling at me on the phone and calling me names.
Please do not use this travel agent!
