When the driver arrived to drop the passengers off at Cromer he disembarked from the bus passages got out of the bus he then went and shut the back door of the bus for the bags and politely waited for payment as the way the people were conducting themselves look like the driver was not gonna get paid for taking them home but when the passages realise that they won’t gonna get the bags until payment was made payment in full the driver got their bags out of the Bus he was constantly

At no point in time did we ever tell passages get that they would not get home particularly as they had a baby with them we did tell one passenger in the group that if you didn’t come down that he would be not getting on the bus have to make his own way home because by law the driver does not have to put up with that top for Buse tickly while driving a bus and driver is well within his rights to refuse passage of any abusive passages.
