These people are rude and unhelpful - definitely no customer service here! They were assigned by CGU to assess and fix storm damage last December and here I am in August and still trying to have the property assessed properly and the damage repaired. They don't know what they are talking about and will not listen to you. Now moving on to someone else to have the damage assessed, what a joke they are.....

BBS were assigned by CGU to repair my storm damage. a 10-12 week repair job took more than nine months, their contractors damaged my property, and finally after shoddy workmanship CGU finally assigned me another builder to repair their poor quality workmanship
