Terrible service and staff very rude and unresponsive. Felt like I was a hindrance walking into their shop at Taren Point. What a horrible place to visit. Sadly, I went there today but will never return. They are so rude and offensive. The attendant Shelley kept working on her computer and then seemed annoyed that I needed attendance!! WOW. How do you even stay open? Why would anyone return for you to ruin their day with such a horrible manner and service? I couldn't even get to ask about some light bulbs or any information about what I needed as it all seemed too much for her, and I was left feeling very disappointed.
DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICE
Sadly, I opted to have two fans installed by contractors of Beacon Lighting. We were told the fans would be installed within a few days. It was nearly 2 weeks before they were installed. Not the end of the world but after the installation, the hot water system failed to work. This wasn't discovered until the evening. The electrician was not able to attend so sent a colleague to fix it. I was left with a bill to pay. I tried to sort it out through Beacon Lighting but after chasing them for a further week or two, they told me that the work done could not have caused the fault. Obviously, this is incorrect as my hot water worked, and then it didn't after the works. Very disappointing indeed. Do not use this service, indeed do not shop from this company at all.
