This is where we provide mortgage analysis and comparison for our clients who are thinking about buying a new property, or refinancing their current loan to suit their ever changing circumstances. We can originate loans from over 30 lenders. This provides a lot of choice and variety when our clients are looking to apply for a loan.
We can also originate Commercial Loans, Personal Loans and Vehicle Lease products to our clients. Whilst this is a small portion of our business, we have successfully organised a number of these types of loans for a wide variety of clients.
Beakan Home Loans also have an Investment Property Division, this is where we can organise your finance and help you find the perfect property to fulfill whatever investment strategy you choose to follow. We have a number of new properties to choose from all throughout Queensland and Victoria.
