This place is an Adelaide institution and probably the main reason that Starbucks ended up closing the shop on Rundle Mall. It's your pretty basic coffee shop, though many people here in Adelaide seem to swear by the place (there was one girl whom I worked with that would make regular treks down to the Bear Bar near the office and always bring back and order for everybody in fact the phrase 'anybody want anything from the Bean Bar' became a very common phrase in the office). As for me, well the place isn't bad, and they offer three sizes in both sit down and takeaway (which includes a huge coffee mug). Like many of the coffee shops, they also have their own special beans available for sale. You can also grab some snacks and small meals as well.
