Your customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen,and your responses to complaints is nothing more then absolutely disgusting.Your reputation use to be one of great feed back so highly recommended but now it's nothing more then bad experiences and upset customers treated terribly by a nasty owner and unprofessional staff.you are a business who has given up and really doesn't give a two stuffs about anyone anymore and No re opening is going save you from the horrible reputation you have already so disgustingly created for so many paying customers. You should really just keep your doors closed in the future and maybe then you can read adjust your attitude and find something you enjoy doing cause clearly customer services isn't one of them and you have no idea how to run a business!!!

Had the worst dining experience ever!! Service was poor, over an hour and half for food to come out that was substandard for the price.. will not return!!!!!!

Nice timber cielling and surroundings. Food was good and value Tuesday $19.50 steaknight is great.

Made a booking on Friday night for Saturday night for three, no problems, greeted at the door by friendly staff, shown to our table and from there it got better. Service was very good, the food, WOW is the only way to describe it. Prices were comparable to any up-market restaurant I have been to. I will be taking my friends there very soon to show off.

I went to the place to have a nice relaxing meal after work, I left after one drink as the management were complete rude and arrogant who should not be running a business like this! If you are a couple or going there with a family it is a complete rip with the charges and the way you get treated once seated to be served! I am a business owner and I understand if this is the way I would to treat my customers I would be a closed business but as I treat my customers with the a grade respect I am currently a number 1 salesperson for my company in Australia! Well if you head to this place make sure u have a day of as you will be sickened by the service and the respect for kids and the overpriced charges they charge
