I've had heels redone and shoes stretched with these guys and would recommend them to anyone.
I don't think they're expensive and if you need quick, I don't think you can go past $20 for 20 minutes and your soles done.
And they're really sweet the way they try to use your name, send SMS when ready, and will stretch a bit more for free if you go back within the week.

I took my RM Williams boots that I thought had no future and a pair of heels for my wife into Beaudelles. The new owner did a fantastic job on the heels and the boots are fully restored. I received a text message on the same day to let me know the shoes were ready. Great customer service and the shoe lace selection is a winner.

I took a pair of Valentino shoes for a topy and they damaged the shoes which I had to return to fix 3 times which they damaged more each time. The final time I attempted to speak with them about this they mock me by texting me details for consumer affairs. The patent was chipped in 2 places and covered with a dodgy matte paint, the lining and sealing of the shoe was horrendous and the sole shaved down too deep (I wish I could share a photo) Far from the fact the shoes were destroyed, the mocking and demeaning behaviour is unacceptable. He even attempted to blame me for damaging the shoes prior because I had pointed out that I damaged them in a DIFFERENT area.

i know one person who works there is fantastic at doing topy but it's not worth taking your shoes there not knowingness who will do the job that day and possibly destroy your shoes

Very happy with the service I received here. I believe the owners are now new, not sure about the previous owners but these were very keen to answer questions I had about their products, efficient but very friendly and willing to put themselves out there. Good range of shoe care and related products plus some solid leather belts that are SA made - picked up one of these.
