I have been coming to this physio for years. i have had bad knee pain and subsequent knee replacement.Scotts knowledge on the delicate nature in treating the knee is what brings me back He also explqains to me why he does certain procedures.
The suite is very clean and quiet
My whole family comes here and recommend highly.
PS: i like that i always deal with the same person not like other clinics where personnel change
I literally went through the trouble of signing up for a true local account specifically to be able to write this review and outline how horrible an experience one can expect if they choose to visit Beaumont Hills Physiotherapy Clinic. From the time i walked through the door the physio at the counter was unbelievably rude and condescending. That coupled by the cramped and dingy nature of the business is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy
Hi Colin, thankyou for your feedback. I can only assume your concerns relate to my request for you to reschedule your appointment as you arrived late.
At Beaumont Hills Physiotherapy we have a late arrival policy that states "if a client arrives greater than 10 minutes late for their appointment then they may be asked to reschedule". This policy is to ensure that each client receives adequate treatment time. It also ensures that I will run to time with each client. This policy is clearly displayed in my waiting room and on my website.
I also note on this day, you had previously requested a change in appointment time that I duly accommodated. Your concerns are noted. Thankyou again.
