I had my hair done here today. They left the colour on too long and messed up the front of my hair then tried to avoid drying it off so I wouldn't see. I insisted they dried it off and asked how I could fix it. I was told to go to hair house warehouse and buy some thing to put over it. They then charged me $180 for a half a head of foils. When I asked for a break down they told me $104 for foils $20 something for toner and $31 for blow dry (which I didn't ask for I just wanted to see the colour). When I got home the figures didn't add up so I called them and told them they had overcharged me. I was then told that the blow dry was $51. The blow dry took less then 15 minutes. $51 for a 15 minute blow dry that I didn't even want. They didn't even run a strainer through it!They were very dismissive on the phone, wouldn't give me a refund and blamed everything on the computer. Went in for a hair cut for my 2.5 yr old son after a previous good experience. Thought I'd get my hair cut as well (not much a short back and sides tidy up). The sons haircut was fine with the hairdresser very accepting of my child's less than co-operative manner (thank you).



Was a little shocked at the $58.00 bill. $15 for my son and $43 FOR MY 15 mins in the chair - not impressed for a simple cut.



I'd go back if the prices were more reasonable.

Friendly helpful staff who offered helpful suggestions on style and cut. Very pleasant relaxed atmosphere.
