Went in to get a quote yesterday lunchtime, very offhand and unhelpful, so went elsewhere and spent $700 there, need to improve their customer service skills otherwise they won't have any customers!

Beaurepaires Beenleigh became a franchise in November 2015. I'm sorry that your experience with Beaurepaires as a corporate store in 2014 was disappointing, but I can guarantee that customer service is a priority to us as a family owned and operated store.
