The new management here is amazing!! Came hear over 6 years ago and had a bad experience, so i thought id give this place another go...and WOW!!!!

I would not recommend this. Nothing regarding the company but the staff working. I recently got an online offer that I looked very apealing and as I needed to change my tyre I took my car in. In inspection he started saying I shouldnt even drive out and I need all the tyres changed. I said I didnt have much budget, he said not to worry and as I was already getting a good discount on one tyre he could give me a better deal with 4 tyres. Me thinking the one tyre was cheap it wouldnt be that much altogther as he said i really needed it done. He said he will put it all together then he can sum up the "best price" as he has to call Good Year (the tire was getting). Believing him, when I came back he said he put the discount, it was $2 off out of a $500 bill. I asked him that he mentioned before I would save a lot, he said he will give a discount so he did. Please find another retailer. I took my car in for a simple puncture job this week and was immediately told I needed 2 new tyres. I was made to feel guilty for even considering whether I wanted to get the new tyres. After receiving a quote for the new tyres, I said I'd think about it and instructed them to only fix the puncture. After I left, the store management called me 3 times to say they'd found a better deal on the tyres. On the third phone call they said they had found a great deal on Dunlop tyres and they'd throw in the puncture job if I purchased them. I agreed and told them to do it. When I collected the car, they added the puncture onto the bill and when questioned refused to admit they had said that. After seeing that I was clearly upset and disappointed, they didn't want to budge and said "well, we've done the work, you must pay". What happened to customer service? We deal with the company and the store alot.....We aint buying 1 or 4 tyres. We buy 100's of tyres from them...Never had a problem. Highly recommend them. A+++

A very bad experience: Arrived to drop my car off & had to wait while the1 staff answered phone calls. While waiting I missed my tram which in turn made me late for work.

I left my number so once my car was finished they could call, but no phone call! Thinking they closed at 6 I rushed after work to catch a taxi, arriving at the store 5.43pm only to find the store closed with my car & keys now behind locked doors. ...read more
