A fat ZERO is what scored this joint! Went to fit a 24inch rim 6months ago $40bux today 21/7/14 at 9am to fit a 22inch rim their DUMB excuse prices don't stay the same! & I'll find that at all shops...called another tyre shop in maribrynon $30 each!? On'ya fellas.. Saving me $80! Barging hunter!

The service I received at this store was excellent. I went in there and wasn't to sure what I needed, all I knew is I needed some new tyres. The manager David, was very helpful, all my options were explained, and he showed a genuine interest in what I needed, showed me the different tyres and pointed out there benefits, and how they would effect me. The staff did an amazing job at getting my car done quickly, and i spent less then i expected. My car feels like a new car again and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Beaurepaires in Hoppers Crossing.

Beaurepaires in hoppers crossing, This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. So called professional business ethics, had lifted my car from the body instead of under the casey. Within five minutes of been there my car had four large dents in the body. I sore it happen with my own eyes, i couldn't believe it, I then told the manager, he looked at me with smuck smile on his face and said, don't worry it will get fixed. I asked him what are the procedure what steps to take in fixing my car. I had to ring the information centre first then the regional manager of victoria on my OWN mobile phone (40 minutes) not THEIR office phone and explain to them what had occurred. No words could describe how i was feeling at this time. Now for me as a tradesman i have to get two separate quotes in my OWN time for there unprofessional manner.
