I got my hair done here a few months back. Very unprofessional staff who have no idea about what customer service means and a complete rip off. Overcharged me for my service (double the price) and lied to my face about what the end result would be. Left the hairdresser feeling very dissatisfied and will never go back there again. Took this up with the hairdresser over the phone again and they still lied to my face and denied they did anything wrong to my hair! Do not make the mistake I did and go there! Any hairdresser who wears gym clothes to work in a salon should be a warning sign! lol! The person behind the counter had no clue either when I booked my appointment, I had to repeat myself about 10 times and they still got it wrong in the end! Do not go there! The place should be closed down!
I just booked a haircut, wash and dry at this place. Very unfriendly and unprofessional lady attended to me. Made me wait in the chair (the salon was empty except for one other lady getting her hair washed) while it was obvious that she was playing on her phone, drinking Diet Coke and checking her parcels. When I enquired about it she was the one to be cutting my hair, she said we were waiting for the washing basin (surely the place has more than one washing basin!). Thank God I walked out. Horrible attitude and customer service.
Hahaha I should have read these before I made the mistake of getting my haircut here. The guy obviously didn't listen to what I wanted and rushed so fast through it it was impossible to stop him in time. Never again - lesson learnt. On top of that, it seems the staff don't respect each other, there was a palpable tension. No wonder they're running a bad business.
This business is really your typical inside-the-mall type establishment. The women that served me didn't have a clue on how to speak to their clients, particularly the older woman that works on the lower level doing men's hair cuts. I came in a few weeks ago to get a blowout and was sold a shampoo that I was told would help with my dry scalp, $45 is extremely steep and much more than I would usually spend - but I trusted this hairdresser. Unfortunately, after two shampoo's my hair actually turned out worse. I went back to get a refund and this woman told me 'you can't get a refund on something you've already used' but honestly if you're a salon trying to upsell products you need to STAND BEHIND what you're selling and offer a refund when it doesn't do what you've explained it to do. I don't know how they can run business in Macquarie Shopping Centre. The designer who is a Korean lady did a very rough and rush job for me. She contiuned promoting wash and blow dry which is added up more moeny than cut. I am very upset by her skills and service attitude and I walked out with the hair style I don't like.
