Awful eyebrow waxing experience. The therapist was extremely rough, the waxing was painful (and I have a high pain tolerance) and afterwards the skin above my eye was extremely red and swollen. I had to go back and ask for cooling cream to help with the swelling. The therapist asked me if it felt fresh... Um no, it doesn't feel fresh, it's painful!!!! Pay a little bit extra and go to a proper beauty salon, I have learnt a good lesson here!

As my normal nail salon was booked out I thought I would give this salon a try. I got shellac refills, within 2 days my nails started getting black air bubbles in them. I called the salon and they told me to come in and the girls will fix it, after going into the salon I was told I need to pay another $30 after I had just payed $50 the week before. The technicians were very rude and were'nt helpful at all. I do not recommend this service to anybody wishing to have their nails done with good service

Absolutely terrible! I went to this salon to get my waxing done before going on holiday, and the experience was just terrifying... When I turned up for my appointment, they didn't even have my name down and just had no idea. A lady which barely spoke any English walked me to the room which was not prepared and they had no 'large paper towel' to lay on the salon chair. The worst waxing experience ever started when it was clear that my therapist was not trained at all and just went ahead with it... leaving me shaking and bleeding. The therapist managed to blame it on me and suggested that perhaps I was very sensitive! I walked out very teary and upset and will never return. It surprises me that they can call themselves a Day Spa and perform services like dermabrasion or laser hair removal, I can't imagine how unsafe and dangerous this could be! Their website and leaflet is a joke... Even their manicures are not worth it.

Extremely bad service - I got my nails refilled here and the refills werent even blended correctly. When i went back so they could fix them the lady blamed it on my nails. They werent even filed straight. Will NEVER go back there. Highly not recommend.

I had a really bad experience. Had a pedicure, the staff whom did it cut my toe while clipping my nails. I also had a refill staff has no idea how to shape a nail. I told staff I didn'tlike what staff was doing but obviously didn't care to change it. I will never go there again!
