Girl was friendly but not very experience and/or thorough. Was left with a lot of broken hairs and patches of hair after my full leg and bikini wax. Won't be returning.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided at the Castle Hill salon and the treatment I had received. Recommended to all my friends after such a delightful experience!

I booked a waxing appointing on the same day that I called which was quick and convenient. But I was wrongly informed of the total price of a combination of waxes and was only told correctly after the session. They missed so many paches of hair on the areas they were treating, the boss was opening the door to talk to her employee about future clients while I was laying on the bed completely naked and I'd never been so disappointed in paying someone $140. They should reconsider treating clients with more respect and hiring a manager who has customer service experience

Most of the time the girls are good there, ?however, this one time this lady was so careless with how she waxed my eyebrows, she did them too thin because she was keen to clock off work they haven't grown back the same and I will never go back again. Very disappointed.

I've had my eyebrows waxed here a few times and it was alright.. The eyebrow looked cleaner but I found they didn't really shape the eyebrow much so I stopped going here as I find other beauticians around do a better job.
