Disgraceful service, paid for eyelash extensions they fell out two days later. I called to get them fixed an they said to drop in anytime. I called in to be met by a rude lady who refused to fix my patchy eyelashes as I didn't have an appointment. I am now going on holiday with awful eyelashes. These people do not know what customer service is. Avoid this salon if you want good value for money an to look acceptable!!!

But you know, you have to make a proper appointment, you can not just show up whenever you want to. We are pretty busy all the time, and before you left after the treatment you said " perfect lashes", how come, perfect lashes come off all within 2days time.??????????
But I respect you, these days anything can happen, if you want we will fix your eyelashes. Just contact us?????
I was told to call in to have them fixed only to be turned away. It is now too late I have been on my trip and lost even more lashes not great. I didn't say they were perfect ever
I have been having silk eyelash extensions done here for the past 12 months. I have to admit that they're quite addictive once you start as they really make your eyes pop, and you don't have to worry about using mascara or fake lashes. The girls at Beauty First have always been very professional and helpful in recommending the right length lashes. They sell products to help your own lashes grow as well as waterproofing products and also different types of lashes..... from silk to mink. Compared to what some of my friends pay for their lash extensions, Beauty First is quite reasonable. I've sent my friends and even my mother-in-law there and everyone has been thrilled.
The also offer other beauty services and a friend was very happy with the cosmetic tattooing. Being directly opposite the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre is also handy for parking.
