Turned me away from my booked appointment today and last time was extremely rude but I gave them another chance. Last time they kept me knocking on the front door and ringing for over 10 minutes as they were in the back room with another client. Ended up running over half an hour late and I had to change my plans for the day. Was then rude when i got to see them and treated me as though they were doing a huge favour. If that's not enough their advertised website doesn't function, they don't advertise their opening hours and takes 24 hours to respond to phone calls. They obviously don't want any new customers so don't waste your time.
I highly recommend this salon for waxing and facials. I had the 90 minute facial recently and it was superb. The beautician Marion added a head rub and foot massage in between waiting for the mask to dry, other beauticians usually leave the room. It was more than I had expected and the best treatment that I have ever had.
I usually see Helen who is fantastic with eyebrows, she is the owner and a perfectionist.
I happy to have this kind of service at my door step.
