So awful. I got a lash lift done here 3 weeks ago now and one side is completely stuffed up!! (stuck to the top of my lid and all twisted together) I can’t apply any eye makeup and it still hasn’t worn off yet. obviously not trained and I’ve had to deal with looking ridiculous because of it.

I’ve been to beauty on earth a few times to have shellac done. Third time was Friday 2nd of March I had a manicure with shellac and pedicure with normal polish. They matched the colour up as close as possible. By Monday I realised my finger nails had started changing colour, by Wednesday they had turned a very light peach which was originally barbie pink! I went in that afternoon & spoke to the Caucasian girl Jess at the desk who said they’d redo the colour free of charge and that she’s explain to the other staff. Another staff member came & took over from Jess, spoke very little English. I was on the phone to a friend at the time saying how my polish had faded. All the sudden out of nowhere 2 Asian ladies came & bombarded me with questions. You changed your mind, the colour didn’t change, I even had photos from my birthday that weekend when you could see they had started pink!
