Beauty on Latrobe

First time I went there I was impressed, incredibly professional, attentive amd friendly service. Little did I know it was the owner herself who treated my skin to a fabulous glow.
Sadly, when I went back, the young lady who treated my skin was rude, arrogant and cocky.
Whatever she did with my skin , it was not the same treatment I had the first time, and I left with burned, red, tight and uneven skin tone that resulted in broken capillaries days later.
Apologies ? I was given a couple of samples and sent my way.
Wouldn't recommend that place because of my last experience. Who wants ugly skin for $150 and a rude service ? shoukd have walked out the minute I noticed the cocky comments of the beautician.
